HOLA MI GENTE!!!!

Hello people of Earth, this is your "cipote" speaking. Yeah I know, you all must think "whats wrong with you?, you haven't posted in months?, you lazy puerco!" I know, I know I haven't posted since July and the year is almost over. Well let me say a lot has happened, I or as I should say we moved from Queens,NY to Long Island,NY, I started High School (freshman rule!) and I WENT THROUGH A MALDITO HURRICANE!!!! Yes people, I was visited by Sandy, she took my power, hot water and heating, how rude.... But on the bright side I got two weeks of vacation and the power came back on the 7th, I think. Time goes by pretty quickly, doesn't it?

El Salvador Trip Pictures #1

So I have decide to show ustedes my pictures from our trip to El Salvador back in December 2011. It was a fun trip, but we did have our ups and downs. Also, my nerves were up for the first week because my cousin and I had to learn a dance routine (which we didn't and up dancing) for her quinceañera, it was fun though and I totally felt appreciated since I was her chambelan de honor. Spanish Friday Translation

So, I apologize my friends, I have been very lazy, since it’s summer and theres no school, I can wake up late. A lot has happened since the last time I made a blog entry, I graduated 8th grade, I went to prom,I went to a sweet fifteen, I went to Splish-Splash (a water park), etc, etc. But, sadly, almost all of the days have been VERY BORING, it makes me sick because I always tell my parents “lets go to the beach (my mom doesn’t like the beach), let’s go to the museum, lets go to the zoo.......,” and my dad always says “hopefully this boy is going to be a doctor.” This man! I’m going to make another blog entry soon (hopefully), have a good day and a fantastic summer!

Spanish Friday

Todays spanish friday (I may translate it soon, but it takes a lot of work and I hate google translate):

Pues, discúlpenme mis cheros, que yo he estado bien perezoso, como es el verano y no ay escuela, me puedo levantar tarde. Mucho he pasado desde la última vez que yo hice una entrada de blog, me gradué del octavo grado, fui al baile de graduación, fui a unos quince años, fui a Splish-Splash (un parque acuático) , etcétera, etcétera. Pero, con tristeza, casi todos los días han hecho BIEN ABURRIDOS, me da asco porque siempre le digo a mis papás “vamos a la playa (a mi mama no le gusta la playa), vamos al museo, vamos al zoológico......,” y mi papá siempre sale diciendeo “ojalá que este niño  sea doctor.” ¡Este hombre! ¡Voy hacer otra entrada de blog pronto (ojalá), tengan un buen día y un verano fantástico!

¡El Tango Argentino!

So today a few of us kids went to a trip for spanish class, we went to a restaurant called Buenos Aires Tango. ¡Qué chido! Right? O.M.G, I had an empanda as an appetizer and it was delicious, WAY different then the Colombian ones. As a main course I had grilled chicken with rice and french fires and flan for dessert! Before the main course was served, we learned the basic steps of tango and it was fun! The steps are easy, just UNO, DOS, TRES, CUATRO, CINCO, SEIS y ¡Olé! A lot of the people that I danced with told me that I was the best partner they had had! A little while before we started heading back, they put on bachata, merengue and salsa, now this I'm used to! My spanish teacher took me out to dance, how nice of her! Then I danced some bachata with one of the other teachers. The train ride was the usual, noisy ghetto (or as I should say ratchet, which means ghetto and is really starting to catch on in NY) KAPPA VI kids, oh how I'll miss them!

Senior Trip!

So just a little while ago (June 5) all us crazy 8th Graders piled into two coach buses and headed for Club Getaway, in beautiful Connecticut! We had an awesome time hiking, rock-wall climbing, zip lining, bungie trampolining, eating and even dancing! We even got some of our teachers to dance, that was funny. What really surprised  me was that I actually danced, but not just that, they PLAYED the song Danza Kuduro By Don Omar, who would think that a bunch of mostly "morenitos" and "gringos," with a few "latinos" would be dancing to a popular latino song, I'm mean seriously that's very rare! I took a few pictures, which I now present to you!

Lindsey's Luxury Living......

So I decided to be a 'nice' brother today, I helped my sister clean out her dollhouse (How nice of me).
I gave her some of my old toys since I was cleaning out my closet yesterday (by myself), It was a very dirty job and you do not want to get me started with the 'stuff' that I found in there.
So heres how her house looks now (Thanks to me):

Today, to my surprise I found 4 buds that have bloomed, this is great compared to the other two that died. It's great to see something that I have grown, blossom into something beautiful!The only downside is that they die after they bloom.

They look awesome, I can't wait till the rest bloom!

 

The Ugly Wall.....

Lets say just yesterday or was it the day before? Well I don't remember, so the construction guys came to plaster (or whatever you call it) the walls since they had opened holes for the new smoke alarms (renovations in my building). Do you think that these idiots have come to paint the walls, NO! Plus they haven't changed the doors in my apartment, I mean, really? They were supposed to do it 2 days ago! My best-friends mom went to complain about how sluggish the men are and that they aren't doing a good job (so true). How lethargic....

¡Dios mío, I'm sneezing to much, it's all this dust from the construction......AAAARRRGGGG!
It's like, puchica vayanse, my nose is all itchy and blah.....theres this idiot construction guy who always goes around with his radio playing rock music, it gets annoying........like the song says 'me duele la cabeza.'
At least the parakeets are in my room for now, their a little quiet (for now)!

Earth Day

Awesome day today! Went out to do some volunteer work at the beach for earth day, my two best-friends   and i helped make kites, the rest of my friends helped do other stuff. The good thing was that everything was for free! I got flowers, a t-shirt, I made a UV bracelet, a clay habitat and a "surviver" bag! It was hard to fly kites today, not so much wind.
There were these people called Rockaway Toca, they had corn, pozole, hibiscus tea and other stuff. The ASPCA came out. There were so many stands I can't remember!

Today is Spanish Friday, english translation below!

¡Buenas Tardes! Hoy fue el tercer día de los examenes del estado, yo creo que no me voy a sacar un buen grado, quizas un dos, pero no un tres, me dan ganas de golpear me en la cabeza con un libro por no poner atención en la clase de matemática. En otras maneras yo fuí a recojer a mi hermana del escuela con mi mama, mi mama se bajo del carro a ir a buscar a mi hermana y yo me quede en el carro con mi hermano pequeño, yo mire afuera de la ventana y yo note que mi amiga del escuela hiba pasar en el frente del carro, abri la puerta y le grité ¡-----! Pero ella no me puso atención, lo mismo ocurre de nuevo cuando ella hiba con su hermana para la casa, ni siquiera me mira.....
Yo no sé por qué ella hace esto.
¡No estoy enojado, solo me rio de estas cosas tontas!
English:

Good afternoon! Today was the third day of the state exams, I think I will not get a good grade, maybe a two, but not a three, I want to hit myself over the head with a book for not to paying attention in math class. In other ways, I went to pick up my sister from school with my mom, my mom got off the car to go pick up my sister and I stayed in the car with my little brother, I look out the window and I noticed my friend from school was going to pass in front of the car, I opened the door and yelled -----! But she did not pay attention, the same happens again when she was going with his sister to her house, she didn't even look at me .....I do not know why she does this. I'm not angry, I only laugh at these silly things!

NYC Issues

Another idiot of a New York City teacher has recently been accused of sexually assaulting a student, so sad, this is the 8th time a teacher in NY has done this, who knows how many more of these sexually assaulting teachers are out there......

Also, two NYC High Schools are set to be closed, wow, just last year the local High School in my neighborhood was closed, 5 schools are now housed in the building (4 High Schools and my middle School).

Random here: There are police lines outside of my building, interesting, what sort of crime was committed   here?

Just saying here, a boy in my class got caught whispering to his friend during the Math Test, all he got was a warning. Stupid idiot should have listened to me, I was trying to tell him to stop but he just wouldn't  listen. Later in the day I went on to tell him that he almost got caught yesterday, but oh well. Its not like their really my true friends......

On with the test, well the second day of the Math State test went by quicker, it didn't even seem like we had spent three periods on it. But later in the day we spent our last three periods on an ELA Post Assessment, which not one of us finished, our ELA teacher felt sorry for us, its not like its her fault, it was the Principals dumb idea.

I just want a hot shower and my beautiful bed!

Can't wait till tomorrow it's gonna be SPANISH FRIDAY!!!!!

Hhhhhhmmmmm.........well it looks like we teens have a free pass this year, the state made a DUMB mistake, they added some questions on the state test that were a little difficult and they are not counting these questions. Yet I'm happy! I mean come on I get some free points!
Math state test was a little difficult........):
Now quarterly exams are coming up, then the science state test, then regents, IS THE STATE TRYING TO KILL US!!!!!!!!! I feel like ripping out my hairs, that reminds me I need a hair cut, hahaha!

So so sad.....

Hello my people, I'm here again! I've got some horrible news, my cousins sister has recently been killed(This happend in El Salvador)........It's so sad what people do these days, my prayers go out to this beautiful person who deserved to live and died in front of her own family.
I ASK FOR YOU GUYS TO PLEASE PRAY FOR HER!!!!!!!

I'm Back Again!!!!!

Hey people, to start off with I'm an infrequent blogger, which i hate about me. This is just something I decided to start because I always have spare time. It's basically a blog about an average NY teen, trying to survive in this crazy world, a guy looking for the perfect girl, surviving in a Salvadoran family and dealing with two-faced people who can't control their mouths........middle school has it's ups and downs sometime, it's worth having a group of friends that you can trust! 
Can't wait till high school in september!
